A&A Masterpiece

Aircraft & Yacht Detailing Service Agreement

This Aircraft & Yacht Detailing Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between A&A Masterpiece (“Company”) and the Client submitting a service request or booking.

By checking the agreement box and submitting a request, booking, or signature on our forms, the Client authorizes A&A Masterpiece to perform the requested detailing, cleaning, restoration, disinfection, polishing, and related services on the aircraft, yacht, vessel, or other property identified in the request.

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the authorized services unless otherwise agreed to in writing by A&A Masterpiece. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, ACH transfer, credit card, debit card, Zelle, or any other payment method approved by the Company.

Failure to make payment when due constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2. Late Payment

Any unpaid balance remaining after the due date may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law until paid in full.

3. Collection Costs

If A&A Masterpiece is required to pursue collection of any unpaid balance, the Client agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, court costs, attorneys’ fees, filing fees, and other expenses permitted by law.

4. Legal Remedies

The Client acknowledges that failure to pay for completed services authorizes A&A Masterpiece to pursue every legal remedy available under the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, including, when authorized by law: filing a civil lawsuit, collection proceedings, recovery of attorneys’ fees where permitted, recovery of court costs, recovery of interest, and enforcement of any statutory lien rights available under Florida or federal law after compliance with all required legal procedures.

5. Client Representations

The Client represents that they are the legal owner, an authorized representative, or otherwise authorized by the owner to request services. The Client agrees to indemnify A&A Masterpiece against any claims arising from a lack of authority to authorize the requested services.

6. Pre-Existing Damage

Prior to beginning work, A&A Masterpiece may document existing scratches, dents, paint damage, oxidation, corrosion, upholstery wear, cracked windows, chips, stains, tears, mechanical defects, or other pre-existing conditions. The Company shall not be responsible for repairing or replacing any pre-existing damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

A&A Masterpiece shall exercise reasonable care in performing its services. The Company’s liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Customer Inspection

Upon completion of services, the Client shall inspect the aircraft or vessel. If no concerns are reported before the aircraft or vessel leaves A&A Masterpiece’s custody (or before A&A Masterpiece departs the service location for mobile service), the services shall be deemed accepted.

9. Valuables

The Client is responsible for removing or securing all cash, jewelry, firearms, electronics, documents, flight bags, luggage, personal property, and other valuables before service begins. A&A Masterpiece is not responsible for the loss of personal property left aboard the aircraft or vessel unless caused by the Company’s proven negligence.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or representations.

This Agreement was provided by A&A Masterpiece for publication on this site. As with any contract touching on interest, collections, liens, and liability, it's worth a final pass by a Florida-licensed attorney before relying on it — especially the lien-enforcement language in Section 4, since aircraft liens can involve federal (FAA) rules in addition to Florida law.
